Where are we located?
We are located in the lovely village of Greyabbey, Northern Ireland. Located on the stunning peninsula.
All orders are packaged and fulfilled in little ol’ Northern Ireland, UK. Our physical store is also located in Northern Ireland too!
How long will my package take to be shipped?
We aim to have our packages shipped in 2-5 days. If you need an order ASAP, just send us an email with your order number to: terracottagifting@gmail.com
Do you provide a gift-wrapping service for gifts?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping for our customers just email: terracottagifting@gmail.com with your order number, specifications and we will wrap your gift and omit any pricing from the invoice. You can also add a card to checkout and let us know what you would like to include inside.
Where are your products from?
All of our products have been thoughtfully chosen and sourced from retailers all over the world. However, our main retailers are located in the U.S. and Europe.
